Freds Pass Show

The Freds Pass Rural Show is an annual event providing a regional focus on productivity, enterprise and community.

Held at Freds Pass Reserve, approximately 31 kms South from Darwin City.

2012 will see the Show celebrate its 34th year – a milestone for an event which commenced as a school fete.

Friday 18th May, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th, 2012
Times:
5:00pm to 11:30pm (Friday)
9:00am through to 12:30am (Saturday)
9.00am through to 5:00pm (Sunday)

The aim of the Show is to provide a forum to showcase the diverse range of industries including pastoralism, agriculture, horticulture, mining and manufacture as well as to provide an opportunity for community groups to hold their annual fundraising.

The Show is a benefit to many community organisations who assist to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time at the Show. These include the Lions Club, Bees Creek and Durack Primary Schools and Howard Springs Scout Group to name a few.

With over 200 exhibitors and 20,000 through the gates in 2009, the Show continues to be a much anticipated event on the Territory Calendar.

ADMISSION:

ADULTS: $15.00 (18 yrs +)
JUNIORS:$7.00 (6 yrs to 17 yrs inclusive)
CHILDREN: FREE (5 yrs and under as of 01 May 2012)
FAMILIES $40.00 (2 Adults, 3 Children 17 and under as of 01 May 2012)
NT Pension Card or Seniors Card - $10.00
Pensioners holding a Commonwealth Pension Card: FREE
Wheelchair Patrons and their Carer - FREE
