Calisthenics is a means to exercise the body and the mind - it is mix of numerous disciplines such as - jazz ballet, gymnastics, ballet, marching, singing, apparatus work .. it is suitable for most ages.

Wednesday 5.30 -7.30pm
Age 10-12 Juniors

Thursday 6.00-8.00pm
Age 13-16 Intermediates

Tuesday 5.30-7.30pm
Age 7-9 Sub-Juniors

Saturday - 9.00am to 10.00am
Age 3-4 - Minis

Saturday - 10.00am to 11.30am
Age 5-6 - Tinies

Age 13 and over - please call for information
