Chronic Diseases Network Conference 2011

The 15th Annual NT Chronic Diseases Network Conference to be held from 8th - 9th September 2011 at the Darwin Convention Centre.
The Conference theme this year is "Out of the Shadows, Into the Spotlight - Chronic Diseases, Mental Health" and will discuss the complex relationship between chronic diseases and mental illness. The conference target audience is broad including anyone with an interest in the prevention and management of chronic diseases especially in the NT.
