Our Property Services portfolio is capped at 300 listings. This ensures our highest level of service and keen attention to owner's needs. Our policy is not to advertise our property management services. Instead we rely on word-of-mouth referrals, generated by our reputation and results achieved.

The fact that over 70% of our owners either reside interstate or internationally, stands as testament to the level of service and attention Claridge's provides.
