Healthy Conversation NT

by Jenna Brotherton
(Darwin, NT, Australia)

Healthy Conversation NT is a Community Group that has been created to encourage an active dialogue for Territorians in regards to making healthy life choices.

Topics such as food, exercise, social and spiritual practices are all encouraged.

This group is for Territorians interested in learning about how to achieve health and happiness in their lives; it is also for those who wish to share their stories about what has (and has not!) worked for them.

As everyone has a different idea in regards to what choices are best to achieve optimum health, respectful debate is expected and even encouraged.

However, disrespectful/aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated in any form. Personal attacks are strictly off limits; if you have a problem with someone's opinion on a topic, please focus on the information and not the person offering it.

Members will be approached by a moderator if their behaviour breaches these guidelines and will be issued with ONE warning. If the member continues to ignore these guidelines they will be removed from the group.

Please feel free to share any links, recipes, local businesses, etc, that you feel will contribute to the Healthy Conversation!
